He also served as the lead engineer for Arlow, a startup focused on serving adults aging in place.

Fun fact
Outside of work, Juan loves spending time with friends, playing tennis and padel, and staying active. He's also a lifelong gamer, at 14, he took second place in the Perú Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 tournament on PlayStation.
