Electronic License Services Launches Print-On-Demand Chicago Vehicle Sticker Program

Electronic License Service is on contract with the City of Chicago to provide web based business systems to Illinois Financial Institutions with the ability to process City Vehicle Emblem transactions. ELS, with development partner Highland Solutions, recently launched the very first City of Chicago print-on-demand system.

The print-on-demand system generates a unique sticker at the point of sale, providing quick electronic transactions at any participating Bank, Currency Exchange or other Financial Institution. In addition, ELS is now incorporating Zone Parking Permits for an easy, single point of sale for both Vehicle Stickers and Parking Permits.

Highland Solutions is the system developer for all ELS programs.
